Our apartment is located in Lido di Pomposa, one of the towns of the so-called “7 Lidi di Comacchio” (7 beaches of Comacchio), in the central part of this 18 km long continuous stretch of coast.

Very sophisticated apartment in a very demanding condominium.
Living room with sofa bed + 2 bedrooms with double bed or bunk bed for max 7 persons (5 adults + 2 children).
The apartment is 70 m2, completely renovated, all the furniture is new.
The apartment has two terraces, both with sea view!
The sea is usually warm until the end of September in this part of Italy.
Of the 7 towns, Lido di Pomposa and Lido degli Schacchi and Porto Garibaldi are the quieter, more relaxing spots, while Lido degli Estensi and Lido delle Nazioni and Lido di Spina are the partyier, louder, bustling towns.
Despite its tranquillity, Lido di Pomposa is also home to the restaurants, pizzerias, boutiques, bars, cafés and ice-cream parlours that are all the rage in town.
There is a night market in the street of our apartment once a week and a lively morning market in the centre once a week with seasonal delicacies of fruit, vegetables and butcher’s and clothing in the summer season.
There is a small shop at the bottom of the opposite apartment, but there are also two DeSpars 200 and 500 metres away.
For those who want to visit a big shopping centre, we recommend the “Spazio Conad”, 8 km away, where you will find shoe shops, clothing stores, electronics shops, perfume shops, many other shops and even a cinema!
Next door there is a DIY and home improvement shop called “Brico io”.
In the immediate vicinity of our apartment there are several restaurants and bars on the seafront promenade.
You can have lunch or dinner just a few steps away, no need to take a car.
In addition, children’s play houses, bumper parks, playrooms, ice cream parlours are also located in the immediate vicinity of our apartments, to the great delight of families with children.

PRE-BOOKING FOR NEXT SEASON
Pre-booking for the summer season 2025 is possible with a deposit of 200 Euro, the remaining 50% of the total amount must be paid by 15 May 2025 to confirm the booking.
Once the payment has been received, we will confirm the booking by e-mail. The balance (50%) must be paid at least 10 days before arrival.
In the event of cancellation by 15 May 2025, the deposit will be refunded in full within a few working days. Until that date, both the guest and the host may cancel the reservation without giving any reason. The accommodation provider will of course only exercise this right in justified cases, such as overbooking or other hindrances. After this date, we will not be able to refund the deposit.
For our part, as the accommodation provider, in case of force majeure (unavoidable obstacle such as broken pipes or other problems with the apartment that cannot be immediately corrected), we reserve the right to cancel the reservation, in which case the full amount will be refunded to the account of the payer after informing the guest.
If this event occurs within 7 days prior to the date of the holiday, we will charge an additional 10% fairness fee on top of the amount paid.
